Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@studiorocco.co.uk and we will email you return instructions.

All items returned should be sent via Royal Mail and are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

Please use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.

Custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that any refund will be less the original postage cost.

We use gold-filled beads — a premium, long-lasting alternative to plated gold. They’re tarnish-resistant, durable, and made for everyday wear.

Our bracelets are strung on strong, high-quality elastic for a secure, comfortable fit

Our rings are made to around a UK size N (about 54–55mm), which is an average fit. They're strung on strong jewellery elastic, so they’ve got some stretch and will comfortably fit most finger sizes
